All Good things Must Come to an End
It's time to close the curtain on another action packed INSITE! Last night, the magic carried over to Pointe Orlando where attendees networked at the first ever INSITE Block Party. This morning, some early risers rejuvenated at a sunrise yoga session. The final day began over breakfast, as we heard Former Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright share her insights on foreign policy and investing in emerging markets. After the final round of informative breakout sessions and a last swing through the Pershing Pavilion, attendees were engaged and inspired by Derek Jeter as he shared what's next for him now that he is retired from baseball. We echo Mike Row's closing remarks and thank all of our sponsors and attendees who joined us for three educational, engaging and energetic days in Florida. See you next year—June 7-9, 2016, at Hyatt Regency Orlando. Safe travels!
The Magic Continues at INSITE
It was another successful day at INSITE in sunny Orlando. We hope the sunrise fitness activities helped invigorate minds for an information-packed day! First was an engaging session with two BNY Mellon executives, Curtis Arledge and Brian Shea, followed by an enlightening conversation with Dr. Ben Bernanke. After some energetic networking, attendees gathered for informative and business-building themed breakout sessions. The new iN15 Talks continued in the Exhibit Hall, and we are hearing great feedback about these informal chats. Insightful information was shared in The Impact of Digital Advice session and continues to be a hot topic. As the day ended, everyone was excited about the evening's festive Block Party at Pointe Orlando.
The Magic is Happening at INSITE
INSITE kicked off today and the magic of Orlando, our new location, seems to be permeating through the conference. Attendees enjoyed an invigorating start to the day with their choice of yoga or spin classes to clear the mind before the professional learning began. Pershing's Chief Executive Officer Ron DeCicco addressed a full house after lunch, officially starting the conference with a discussion on the state of our industry followed by Lisa Dolly's remarks on Pershing's Strategy to Support Your Success. Leon Panetta then shared anecdotes and insights gained during his time as U.S. Secretary of Defense and CIA Director. After some networking, attendees gained new concepts during nine unique, thought-provoking breakout sessions. The Pershing Pavilion and Exhibit Hall were buzzing with attendees getting a first-hand look at the innovations and solutions that are reshaping our industry. The new iN15 Talks in the Exhibit Hall offered additional inspiration and really got the audience talking. There was no shortage of activities today, and not only did attendees get some practice to perfect their golf swing at the PGA Golf Simulator, but also helped in the Drive to End Hunger. The day concluded with a fantastic reception in a bustling Exhibit Hall.
